Tatiana Yelistratava is a contemporary artist, was born on 7 December 1982, raised in Belarus, graduated from a Gomel art college. At the age of 29, she married an Egyptian, travel to Egypt Red Sea, where she lives and works to this day. The style of painting in which Tatyana works is a mixture of luminism, impressionism, and abstract. Emotionality, fleetingness, airiness, lightness, the play of light and shadow, plus bright color solutions. This is how you can characterize Tatiana’s style. Such artists as Claude Monet, Joaquin Sorolla, Emile Claus, Amoaco Boafo, Iris Scott, Albert Bierstadt, Pierre Auguste Renoir had a huge influence on her work. Tatiana never associated herself with artistic principles, she paints what she wanted and how she wanted. She is more interested in women, children, and flowers. she deliberately abandoned the dull impressionist palette, replacing it with bright juicy colors. Play of light, sun glare on the water, sun spots falling on a child’s skin and hair, or delicate flower petals. Tatiana uses an unconventional technique of drawing with the pads of her fingers, almost without using a brush or other traditional tools. She describes the process of painting as a magical act of energy exchange with the canvas, where petals are born under the pads of the fingers, merging into an amazing floral dance.
